Learning reimagined

AQUILA Academy is transforming technical training through a modern e-learning platform that combines structured learning, AI-powered interaction and multilingual accessibility

As AQUILA continues to expand its international network, consistent knowledge transfer and technical excellence remain essential. To support this objective, AQUILA has launched AQUILA Academy, a comprehensive e-learning platform designed to provide structured, scalable and engaging training for franchisees and their teams.

A structured three-level learning journey

AQUILA Academy forms the foundation of AQUILA’s three-level training concept which combines digital learning, hands-on field training and expert project support, ensuring that franchisees not only understand the theory behind advanced inspection technologies but also gain practical experience and ongoing technical guidance.

Comprehensive training for every major NDT technology

On AQUILA Academy, each major non-destructive testing (NDT) technology used by AQUILA is supported by a dedicated training pathway consisting of nine structured modules. Topics range from technology theory and equipment operation to test preparation, data interpretation, reporting, applications, calibration and maintenance. This systematic approach enables new users to rapidly develop confidence and proficiency with AQUILA’s inspection technologies.

On-demand learning that fits daily operations

The platform allows franchisees and technicians to learn independently at their own pace and according to their operational schedules. Training materials remain available on demand, allowing users to revisit lessons whenever required. This flexibility significantly reduces onboarding time while ensuring that knowledge remains accessible long after the initial training has been completed.

Interactive assessments drive knowledge retention

Every learning module concludes with an interactive Q&A assessment designed to verify understanding before users progress further. If questions are answered incorrectly, learners must review the material and retake the assessment. This structured process ensures that critical technical concepts are fully understood and consistently applied in real-world inspections and reporting activities.

Certification creates measurable competence

Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, learners automatically receive a product-specific certificate. These certificates provide documented evidence of competency and create a clear pathway toward subsequent hands-on training. The certification process also motivates participants by recognising achievement and demonstrating progress within their professional development journey.

AI avatars enhance the learning experience

A distinctive feature of AQUILA Academy is the use of AI-powered avatars that present course content in an engaging and interactive manner. Rather than relying solely on traditional presentations, learners are guided through modules by digital instructors, improving user engagement and helping complex technical information become more accessible and easier to understand.

Supporting a growing international network

To support AQUILA’s expanding global franchise network, the Academy is being deployed in multiple languages. English, French and Spanish versions are already available, while Chinese and Japanese versions are under development. This multilingual strategy ensures consistent knowledge transfer across different regions while reducing language barriers for local technical teams.

Full visibility through advanced learning dashboards

The platform provides both learners and managers with detailed dashboards that track progress, completed lessons, certifications earned and overall engagement. These analytics allow managers to monitor training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps and ensure that teams remain current with the latest inspection technologies, procedures and industry best practices.

Already delivering value across the AQUILA network

The Academy has already played an important role in franchisee onboarding initiatives. Combined with equipment deployment, software training and project delivery support, the platform demonstrates how digital learning can accelerate capability development and help franchisees secure and execute projects more effectively.
